EC Suite offers two types of Chargeback Servicing:
- Full Service: EC Suite will process all chargeback related matters on a full serve basis. Merchants are assigned a personal Chargeback Representative to handle all of there chargeback needs. This representative will do a monthly analysis of a merchant's Chargeback Ratio and Representation situation while providing educated feedback via telephone.
- Self Service: Merchants process all billing dispute related matters on a self-serve basis with direct contact to a Chargeback Representative.
