Compliance Guidelines
Acceptable Language
In order to remain compliant with the mandated Credit Card Association rules, it is important for the relationship between EC Suite and their EC Suite (Sponsored Merchant) Online Payment Client not be misrepresented. EC Suite Online Payment Clients should represent EC Suite as an "Authorized Credit Card Processor" for the Online Payment Client’s online transactions. EC Suite Online Payment Clients do have artistic license to incorporate this depiction into the context of their website provided they do not misrepresent the relationship.
It is important to note that failure to comply with EC Suite or Credit Card Association requirements can jeopardize your ability to sell through EC Suite. Non-compliant sites are subject to immediate account suspension and/or termination.
If you are unsure about whether or not your site language is in compliance, contact us; we will be happy to provide assistance.

Right click on the image to the left and choose "Save Picture as" to save as a file on your computer. |
Credit Card Association rules state that only a Merchant Account Holder may display credit card logos on their websites. If you are an EC Suite Online Payment Client, EC Suite is the holder of the Merchant Account for your transactions, but you may display these logos on your website as long as immediately above, beside or below the logos there is a clear statement that EC Suite is your "Authorized Credit Card Processor."
Alternately, you can display the logos shown here. Right click on the image and choose "Save Picture as" to save as a file on your computer.
