The License Restoration feature allows you to choose if consumers may restore the licenses issued in the event that they are lost. If you choose to allow License Restoration you will need to place a link on your Web site that will take consumers to the License Restoration Tool.
From the License Manager choose License Restoration.
Choose the Subaccount that you wish to enable the feature for from the Active Subaccount list.
From the Enabled drop-down menu choose one of the following options:
Enabled
Enabled for allowed SKU list
Disabled
Choosing Enabled for allowed SKU list will provide you with a list of all active SKU's for the subaccount. Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking on SKU's to choose more than one.
Enter a Restore Count if enabling restoration. This designates how many times a user will be able to restore the license. Enter a number from 0-999.
Click Save Changes to generate the link code.
Highlight the link code generated and copy (right click, copy) the code. Save the code by pasting it into the source of your web page to provide your users with the link to the License Restoration tool.
