Active Members

Member Type:

  1. Use the Selection Pane to choose the subaccount and report options.

  2. Under the Member Type heading, use the  check boxes to choose the type of information to include in the report. Select one or more member types:

Selecting Show Email Addresses when running this report can take a very long time and may cause this report to time out.

  1. Click  Apply Changes to display the Active Members report. Running this report could take a long time if you have a lot of members, especially if the Show Email Address option is selected.

User Management

User Management permits users to be added to, or removed from, a the subaccount's site.

Under the User Management Heading, click one of the following links:

To manually add a user:

  1. Click Manual Add to open the Manual Add interface.

  2. Enter the Expire Date, Username, and Password in the fields provided.

  3. Click Add.

To manually remove a user:

  1. Click Manual Remove to open the Manual Remove interface.

  2. Enter the Username that you wish to remove.

  3. Click Remove User.

Username Lookup

  1. Enter a Username in the field under Username Lookup.

  2. Click Lookup to display the Username Lookup Report. This permits determination of the subaccount, add and expiration dates for active or cancelled members, manual adds, and test sign ups.
