Use the Selection Pane to choose the subaccount and report options.
Under the Member Type heading, use the check boxes to choose the type of information to include in the report. Select one or more member types:
Active Recurring. Click to show the active members in the report. When not clicked, active members will not be displayed.
Cancelled/Single. Click to show the cancelled and single billing members in the report. When not clicked, the cancelled and single billing members will not be displayed. See also Show Email Address below.
Manual Adds. Click to show the manually added users in the report. When not clicked, the manually added users will not be displayed. Manually added users have been authorized for billing bypass.
Test Sign-ups. Click to show the users added during test sign ups. When not clicked, the users added during test sign ups will not be displayed..
Show Email Address. Click to show the members email addresses in the report, to place the cancelled and single billing members under two categories and to show the country category. When not clicked, the members email addresses will be hidden and the cancelled and single billing members will be displayed under one category.
Selecting Show Email Addresses when running this report can take a very long time and may cause this report to time out.
Click Apply Changes to display the Active Members report. Running this report could take a long time if you have a lot of members, especially if the Show Email Address option is selected.
User Management permits users to be added to, or removed from, a the subaccount's site.
Under the User Management Heading, click one of the following links:
Manual Add. This allows you to specify a user who may bypass EC Suite's billing system.
To manually add a user:
Click Manual Add to open the Manual Add interface.
Enter the Expire Date, Username, and Password in the fields provided.
Click Add.
Manual Remove. This allows you to delete a user who was manually added and no longer allows them to bypass the billing system.
To manually remove a user:
Click Manual Remove to open the Manual Remove interface.
Enter the Username that you wish to remove.
Click Remove User.
Enter a Username in the field under Username Lookup.
Click Lookup to display the Username Lookup Report. This permits determination of the subaccount, add and expiration dates for active or cancelled members, manual adds, and test sign ups.
